The information collected from you is so that services can be supplied to you or so that contact can be made with you. You may be contacted by e-mail, post or telephone.
You can be assured that in line with the Data Protection Act, your personal information is collected only for use for the purpose it has been provided and will not be shared with anyone, sold or leased to any third party.
If, at any point, you decide that you would like to be removed from our Database please email info@brukstreesurgery.co.uk and enter the words "Remove Database" in the subject field. Please note that if you do this, we will not be in a position to contact you to advise you of seasonal work which may be due on your trees.
